Who provides the site
This website belongs to CogniPath Education, a company. We act as an independent agent recruiting learners for London School of Planning and Management, called LSPM below, and LSPM pays us when a learner introduced through this site enrols. These are our terms, and they govern your use of this website only. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
We are not the education provider
Every Level 3 diploma described here is delivered, assessed and certified by LSPM, the OTHM and Qualifi approved centre, not by us. We do not teach, admit, register, assess, certify or set fees, and nothing on this site is an offer of a place. Any contract for a programme is formed between you and LSPM, at enrolment, on LSPM's own enrolment terms, which LSPM gives you before you commit. Those terms, not these, govern the course: its fees, refunds, timetable, assessment and complaints. If anything here appears to conflict with LSPM's terms about the course, LSPM's terms apply.
The calculator and the tables are a guide
The UCAS Tariff values published here are reproduced in good faith from the UCAS tables for 2024 entry onwards, and we check them each term. We cannot guarantee they are current at the moment you read them, because UCAS may revise them, and we cannot know which rules a particular university applies to a particular course. A total from the calculator is an estimate for your own information. It is not advice, it is not an offer, and it does not bind any university, UCAS, LSPM or us. Before acting on a figure, confirm it on ucas.com and against the entry requirements of the course concerned.
Programme information
Facts about the Level 3 diplomas are taken from the awarding organisations' specifications and the Ofqual register and are attributed on each page. The awarding organisations may change their specifications; where we have not yet caught up, the specification prevails. Editorial about who a programme suits and where it leads is our honest opinion, drawn from the specifications and from how LSPM's admissions and progression have worked for people we have referred. It is not LSPM's statement and it is not a promise of any outcome. In particular, nothing on this site states or implies that any Level 3 diploma carries UCAS Tariff points or guarantees admission to any university.
Fees, durations and intakes
Fees, durations, intakes and study modes are set by LSPM. Where a page shows one as to be confirmed, no figure is being offered. Where a figure is shown, it is our record of LSPM's position and is indicative until LSPM confirms it in writing at enquiry or application. If this site and LSPM disagree, LSPM is right.
Your use of the site
You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy the guides or editorial for republication, scrape the site in bulk, attempt to interfere with the enquiry form, or present the site's content as your own. The UCAS Tariff itself is UCAS's; we reproduce values, not the tables' design or text.
Trade marks
UCAS is a trade mark of the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service. OTHM and Qualifi are the names of their respective awarding organisations. BTEC is a trade mark of Pearson. Cambridge Technicals is OCR's. None of them endorses or is affiliated with this site, which simply describes their qualifications. London School of Planning and Management's name is used with its permission under the agency arrangement described above; LSPM does not publish or control this site.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a Tariff value, a programme fact or an opinion published here. We are not liable for LSPM's teaching, assessment, admissions, fees or certificates, which are governed by your contract with LSPM. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the protection UK law gives you as a UK resident dealing with a business that markets to you in the UK.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes about this website are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. This does not limit any right you have to bring a claim in your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date in the footer shows when the site was last reviewed. Reviewed September 2026.
